Subscriptions

Plans bill monthly, starting when you subscribe. Cancel any time from billing settings; you keep access through the end of the paid period.

Data

You own the data your team enters. You retain responsibility for obtaining the consent required to contact homeowners in your jurisdiction.

Property and storm signals

Coverage and field availability vary by territory and record. Roofpeace is a prioritization and workflow tool, not a substitute for an on-site inspection, title search, licensing check, or professional judgment. Verify critical property and contact information before acting on it.

Availability and support

We work to keep monitoring and workspace features available, but no uptime service-level agreement applies unless agreed in writing. Report account, billing, or reliability issues to the contact below.
