About this data
Figures come from the Pinellas County Property Appraiser's records for improved, non-condominium properties whose site address is in Clearwater. Roof material is the recorded roof cover; properties whose buildings list different covers are left out of the material figures. Shares are of the properties with a recorded value.
Build year is when the main building was built, not when its roof was last replaced, so it is not a roof age. Storm reports are ground observations within the area covered by these properties and are not complete. Hail days near Clearwater add radar estimates.
